How can admin "Opt Out" any email address from ECM panel ?
1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.
2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.
3. Go to Control Panel >> Manage Email Users from the dashboard.
4. Select any email address that needs to be opted out - (no spam checks)
5. Click on ACTION and choose the OPT OUT feature.
6. Hit OK to confirm the changes.
7. The "Opt Out" user will not go through any spam checks and email will be delivered directly to inbox. Virus scanning for incoming emails will be done.
