HOW CAN USER RELEASE QUARANTINED EMAILS ?

1. Each user receives daily Spam Digest email notifications. Click the

alerts link to access the 'personal quarantine area'

https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/user in web browser.


2. Login with your provided credentials user@xyz.com and required

password.


If do not have the password you can click on new user and reset your password and if you have forgot your password you can click on forgot password to reset the password.


3. Check the list of probable spams detected by ECM service.


4. Click to view content of any genuine email blocked on the cloud.


5. Select any email to release or request to whitelist sender.


6. The released email gets updated in the personal quarantine area

after being delivered to user inbox.
