How can admin change the Spam Digest frequency from ECM panel ?
1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.
2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.
3. Go to Control Panel >> Manage Email Users from the dashboard.
4. Select any email address for which you want to change Spam Digest frequency and UPDATE changes.
5. Click on ACTION and choose the SPAM DIGEST feature if you want to set common frequency for all users.
6. You can set the frequency of Spam Digest as per the time intervals or duration in hours to receive the notifications multiple times on a daily basis.
7. Hit SAVE to confirm the changes.
