How can admin change the Personal Quarantine Area Password of any user from ECM panel ?
1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.
2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.
3. Go to Control Panel >> Manage Email Users from the dashboard.
4. Click on the "Change Password" of any user email address for which you want to reset the Spam Digest login credentials.
5. Enter a strong and complex password as per the password policy.
6. SUBMIT to update the changes.
