How can users change Spam Digest frequency?
1. Each user receives daily Spam Digest email notifications.
Click the alerts link to access the 'personal quarantine area' https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/user in web browser.
2. Login with your provided credentials user@xyz.com and required password.
3. Click on the "ACTION" dropdown menu in the left-hand top corner of the screen.
4. Select the "Update Spam Digest" option.
5. Choose the duration of time period to change the Spam Digest frequency.
6. Click on SUBMIT to update the changes.
