How to make any email ID as Special User from admin panel ?
Domain administrator can delegate rights to user for whitlisting sender email and domain by giving privilege of special user.
1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.
2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.
3. Go to Control Panel >> Manage Email Users from the dashboard.
4. Select ON / OFF buttons so as to enable / disable any email address that needs to be made a Special User.
