How can admin release quarantined emails ?


1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web

browser.



2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required

password.


3. Go to SPAM Reports from the dashboard.

4. Check the list of probable spams detected by ECM service.


5. Click to view content of any genuine email blocked on the cloud.


6. Select any email to mark "not as spam" or "release and whitelist

sender".


7. The email chosen "not as spam" will be released from quarantine

area.


8. The released email gets highlighted in the spam reports after being

delivered to user inbox.
