How Anti-Spam ECM works
Emergic CleanMail (ECM) is an Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus solution offered as a service to ensure spam and virus emails are cleaned with multiple layers of protection before they enter your system. ECM's State-of-the-Art infrastructure consist of multiple servers in load balancing mode in multiple IDC's across the globe to ensure you 99.99% availability
How it works?
- To start filtering, MX needs to be pointed to netCORE's ECM servers.
- Emails after getting filtered for spam & virus are relayed to the designated mail server.
- Emails which are known spam are deleted, while those which are probable spam are kept in the quarantine area. Users are informed about the emails in the quarantine area by sending a daily spam digest which contains basic details like senders name, subject & others. Users can login to their personal quarantine area & release or whitelist any genuine email.
