How can user reset the forgotten password of ECM Spam Digest or Personal Quarantine Area?
1. Each user receives daily Spam Digest email notifications. Click the alerts link to access the 'personal quarantine area' https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/user in web browser.
2. Login with your provided credentials user@xyz.com and required password.
3. If you do not remember the password, then click on the "Forgot Password?" link given below in right bottom corner.
4. Provide the email address for which you want to reset the password where you will receive the required details.
5. Follow the procedure as directed ahead and login back with new credentials.
