How to blacklist any email ID, domain or IP on admin panel ?
1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.
2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.
3. Go to Control Panel >> Blacklist from the dashboard.
4. Add the list of email ids, domains and IP address that are considered as spam and untrustworthy which you feel are not definite source of legitimate mails.
5. If you want balcklist an email id then tick on email and similarly for domain and ip.
6. Mails from blacklisted IPs, domains and email IDs will be considered as spam.
