How to choose Quarantine option for spam mails ?

 

1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.


 

 

2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.


 

 

3. Go to SETTINGS section by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.



 

 

4. Scroll down to Domain Details to change settings.


 

5. Choose the MAIL ACTION from the 4 options provided in the drop down menu.

a - STORE: Spams will be quaratined on cloud and only user or admin can release blocked emails.

b - DELIVER: Spams will be delivered to mailbox with a spam tag {SPAM?} in Subject line

c - FORWARD: Spams will be forwarded to "Action Email ID" with a spam tag {SPAM?} in Subject line

d - FORWARD & DELIVER: Spams will be delivered to mailbox and forwarded to "Action Email ID" with a spam tag {SPAM?} in Subject line

 

 

6. Click MODIFY to update the changes for your domain.
