How can Moderator release Quarantine emails ?
A moderator - who is usually a group owner, can release Quarantined mails of those users who belong to the said moderators group from his/her webmail account.
Follow the below steps to release Quarantine emails from webmail by Moderator
1. Login to your webmail account with email ID and password.
2. Go to the "Release Mails" section to access the quarantined emails list.
3. Search for the required emails using Date / Time / Subject / To / From on the screen.
4. Click the checkbox to select the emails and then hit RELEASE to send it back on destination address.
