Steps To release the spam mails : User end

Steps To release the quarantine spam mails:

Step 1 : Click on Personal Quarantine area link URL at bottom of spam digest mail.

             Click on the following link to access your Personal Quarantine Area      

Steps 2 : Enter Username and password 

              If the user doesn't have the password to access quarantine area then click on Forgot Password and mention the email ID to receive the password reset link.

Steps 3 : Select the mails and click on the button Release 

Note : If you found the sender is genuine then click on Release and request whitelist so that whitelist request delivered to admin for approval.
