How to create new sub admin on ECM panel ?

How to create new sub admin on ECM panel ?

 

1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.

 

 

2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.

 

 

3. Click on  SETTINGS icon in right hand top corner of Dashboard  >>> Then Go to SUB-ADMIN section  >>> Add new sub admin


 

 

4. Add personal details which include - Login Email which will be used as username by sub admin to access the panel.

Contact email will be the email ID where the auto generated email will be sent to sub admin with the new password.




5. Select the required PERMISSIONS as per the ROLE required to be given to Sub Admin. The CHECK BOX of the YES / NO radio buttons will decide what sections of the ECM panel the new sub admin can access.



6.  The Sub Admin gets added on the Panel once the SUBMIT button is clicked.
