How can admin manage whitelist request of users ?

 

1. Access the ECM admin panel https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/ in web browser.

 

 

2. Login with your domain credentials admin@xyz.com and required password.

 

 

3. Go to Control Panel >> Manage User Request from the dashboard.

 

 

4. Select any one or multiple whitelist request of users.

 

 

5. Click on ACTION to whitelist sender, whitelist domain or delete request.

 

 

6. Click on the desired option to approve or delete request.
