How to set Watchdog rule ?
Follow the below steps to create a new watchdog rule on Cloudmail admin panel
Watchdog is an administrative feature that can be used to monitor as well as for contingency backup. Every label has a watchdog address, wherein every email sent or received by the members listed in the label is redirected to the specified watchdog email address. It helps in keeping an email copy elsewhere apart from users' mailbox for backup as well as for monitoring purpose.
1. Login to Cloudmail admin panel >> http://cloudmail2.netcore.co.in/wsgi/login/
2. Use Login credentials - "Domain Name" and "Password" to access admin panel.
3. Click on "Watchdog" under the User Management section in the left hand side and then Select "New Watchdog Rule"
4. Select label from the available drop down list on which watchdog needs to be assigned
Single or multiple email addresses that needs to act as the Watchdog account can be selected from the existing/available domain users or can be added as an external email ID
5. SUBMIT to update changes which will sync across servers within minimum 5-10 minutes.
