How to enable Mail Flow Rules on admin panel ?

 

Follow the below steps to create a new mail flow rule on Cloudmail panel

 

Mail Flow rule is an administrator feature to apply rules at domain level. Each Rule has set of Conditions and Action which are used to define when a rule is applied and what action need to be taken when a rule matches for the user. So as to prevent inappropriate content from entering or leaving the organization.

 

1. Login to Cloudmail admin panel  >> http://cloudmail2.netcore.co.in/wsgi/login/

2. Use Login credentials - "Domain Name" and "Password" to access admin panel.


 

 


3. Click on "Mail Flow" under the Restriction Rules section in the left hand side and then Select "New Rule"


 

 


4. With New Rules screen, administrator can add rules for the domain. Each rule contains Conditions and Actions as mandatory options. Administrator can also Schedule Rule based on requirement.

5. SUBMIT to update the changes which will sync across servers within minimum 10-15 minutes.
