How to set Watchdog rule ?
Follow the below steps to create a new watchdog rule on Cloudmail admin panel
Global watchdog is an administrative feature that can be used to monitor only incoming or only outgoing or both mails of all users of the domain as well as for contingency backup. It helps in keeping an email copy elsewhere apart from users' mailbox for backup / archiving as well as for monitoring purpose.
1. Login to Cloudmail admin panel >> http://cloudmail2.netcore.co.in/wsgi/login/
2. Use Login credentials - "Domain Name" and "Password" to access admin panel.
3. Click on "Watchdog" under the User Management section in the left hand side and then Select "Global Watchdog"
4. Administrator can configure different sets of watchdog ids' for incoming and outgoing mails. Only one watchdog id is allowed for incoming and outgoing mails respectively.
5. SUBMIT to update changes which will sync across servers within minimum 5-10 minutes.
