How can admin reset user account password ?

Follow the below steps to reset password of user account in the Cloudmail admin panel

1. Login to Cloudmail admin panel  >> http://cloudmail2.netcore.co.in/wsgi/login/

2. Use Login credentials - "Domain Name" and "Password" to access admin panel.

3. Click on "key" symbol which denotes the password change option for any user.

4. Enter the new password which must be strong and complex as per the password policy which is not weak and easy to guess.

5. Click UPDATE to submit the changes.
