If anyone face special character '�' issue while viewing the mail then please refer below change log.
Please find attached file(/opt/ema/gui/cgi/viewmail.pl) and search for "netcore changes for #2056906" comment.
Copy changes and Add into following file /opt/ema/gui/cgi/viewmail.pl or you can do vimdiff.
