you can configure email account in Thunbderbird with below settings
Details of IMAP server: Incoming
Description: Microsoft 365
Server Name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
User Name: naufil.mirsinge@netcorecloud.com
Authentication method: OAuth2
Connection Security: SSL/TLS
Details of SMTP server: Outgoing
Description: Microsoft 365
Server Name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
User Name: naufil.mirsinge@netcorecloud.com
Authentication method: OAuth2
Connection Security: STARTTLS
