1. Login on EMA panel with your credentials.
2.Then click on Dashboard (Home Icon) . You will get following window.
3. Click on Noarchieve / Novolume option in Current Archieve Queue.
4. On this screen, click on Recover Option.
5. Then Click on OK option
6. You will get following screen, click on OK again.
7. Click on Dashboard and Monitor the mail queue in Noarchive/ Novolume in Current Archive Queue.
