Guidelines for preparing the data file to bulk upload contacts for Cloudmail

Mode:

This denotes the action to be taken on the corresponding record

Different alphabets are assigned to demonstrate different modes

A: This alphabet denotes a newly added record
M: This alphabet denotes modification in an already existing record
D: This alphabet is used to delete the record. Enter Mode, Email Id and Confirm to Delete

The data file needs to be filled in specified format that conforms to the structure of the sample file as shown below:
