What are the guidelines for preparing the data file to bulk upload accounts for Cloudmail?

Guidelines for preparing the data file

 

Mode:

 

This denotes the action to be taken on the corresponding record

Different alphabets are assigned to demonstrate different modes

 

  • A: This alphabet denotes a newly added record

  • M: This alphabet denotes modification in an already existing record

  • D: This alphabet is used to delete the record. Enter Mode, Email Id and Confirm to Delete

 

 

Password:

 

  • It should contain at least 1 digit, 1 lowercase character, 1 uppercase character and 1 special character

  • Note: If you put the password as a "*" then it will not get changed for the defined user

 

Quota:

 

  • It is the storage space provided to the specific account in MegaBytes (MB)

  • It should be a positive numeric value

 

Auto Delete:

  • Auto-delete should be a positive numeric value

 

Enable/Disable:

  • Enable/Disable should be 1/0 respectively      

 

Please Note: CSV data file must be a TAB separated

 

 

The format of the csv file which needs to contain the specified fields is shown below
