Display Name issue in Hangout

Issue: After renaming the user ID display name remain the same in the hangout.

Steps to change the display name:

If the user has G+ profile, then the display name would be the G+ profile display name (please ask the user to visit plus.google.com and make sure that the display name of the account is updated there.

Steps: Login into G+ Profile: In left side click on Profile: Edit Profile: Click on icon About me: Edit: Change First and Last name and click on OK to save the changes.

Note : Display name will reflect in 72 hrs.
