Change the privacy settings for an event
If your calendar isn't shared with anyone, you might not see these settings.
Open Google Calendar.
Open the event you want to update.
Next to "Visibility," choose the privacy setting for the event.
Click Save.
Change the privacy settings for an entire calendar
On your computer, open Google Calendar.
On the left, find "My calendars." If you need to expand it, click it.
Next to the calendar you want to change, click the Down arrow Down Arrow and then Share this calendar.
Choose the privacy setting for the calendar.
Click Save.
