Restrict Outgoing for some senders

For Gsuite follow below steps after login to GSuite Admin panel -

Go to Apps
>> G Suite
>>> Settings for Gmail
>> Advanced settings

Select ROUTING >>>


Outbound (any outgoing messages)
Internal sending (internal message with 'To field' as one of the domains and subdomains associated with your organization)


You can choose to affect only specific envelope senders and recipients. You can specify a single recipient, a number of users using a regular expression, or email groups.



Routing actions

When a message matches a routing policy, you can:

Reject it
Quarantine it
Deliver it with modifications
