Before your organization can use Hangouts Plugin for Microsoft Outlook®, it must be installed on users’ computers. You have two options for installation:
- Push an .msi file to your users and let them use the Run Advertised Programs option in the Windows Control Panel. Download the .msi file that works with your users' version of Outlook. For information on implementing the .msi file, consult your Windows documentation.
- Download 32-bit enterprise msi (Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 32-bit edition)
Download 64-bit enterprise msi (Outlook 2010, 2013 64-bit edition)
To install the Hangouts Plugin for Microsoft Outlook®, you must have administrator privileges on your computer. Please see your administrator for help.
On a Windows computer, open a browser and go to https://tools.google.com/dlpage/hangouts_outlookplugin.
Click Download Hangouts Plugin for Microsoft Outlook®.
Run the downloaded HangoutsOutlookPlugin.exe to complete the installation.
