Chrome Extension: Find out who opens and clicks your emails

Modified on Mon, 12 Jun, 2017 at 11:37 AM

MailTracker lets you track the emails you send with Gmail. It also indicates the devices used by your recipients and their locations.

MailTracker appears in 3 different places in Gmail:

- In the compose view, to activate the tracking or not when you compose a new email in Gmail.

- In the threads view, with checkmarks icons to let you see immediately which sent emails have been read or not.

- In the conversation view with the complete history of the openings and clicks. You have also the locations and devices used.

# What does MailTracker store about the emails I send and receive?

MailTracker stores the date, the object and the recipient(s) of your emails to allow the tracking but doesn't store the content of these emails.

# How does it work?

MailTracker add an invisible image in your emails. This image is loaded when the email is opened by the recipient and allows you to be informed. This technology is the same used by similar email tracking tools like MailTracker.io, Streak CRM, Hubspot Sales, Yesware or Mixmax.
