We have reduced email sending per minute limit to 5 for outgoing relay used on servers of smtp3.netcore.co.in
Rate Limit Policy on Outgoing SMTP Relay
Dear Customer,
Greetings from Netcore !!!!!
Netcore Cloudmail has enabled Rate Limit Policy on Outgoing SMTP Relay i.e smtp3.netcore.co.in.
How this policy works ?
1 : We are tracking sender's total sent mail connections for 1 minute to avoid spamming or bulk / mass mailing.
2 : If total sent mail connection from specific sender is greater then 5 nos. in 1 minute, then the dropped 6th connection will state "mail rejected as sender sent mails greater than allowed count: 5/min"
This limit gets auto renewed after every minute, so you can establish 5 connections in every minute on SMTP Relay i.e smtp3.netcore.co.in.
Hence, we would suggest to check in application and modify the settings, so that more than 5 emails are not triggered or sent.
You can drop a mail to support@netcore.co.in or dial in +91 022 6662 8080, in case of any further query. Best Regards, Mailing Support
